I8live Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the i8live platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and i8live as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The i8live platform is a service intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who do not meet the minimum age requirement are not permitted to register or use any services on this platform.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the i8live platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for keeping your profile details current, especially the bank account information used for withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Your account password is your sole responsibility. i8live will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to keep your password confidential. You are advised not to share your login credentials with anyone.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users agree to use the i8live platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

Users are prohibited from doing any of the following while using this platform:

• Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to access or exploit the platform's systems.
• Sharing account credentials, transferring account balances to third parties without authorisation, or conducting transactions on behalf of another person.
• Posting content that is offensive, threatening or infringes on the rights of any party on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure in any way.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances associated with the breach, and any legal action deemed necessary.

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions

All transactions on the i8live platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX transfers via local Malaysian banks and Touch 'n Go eWallet. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time based on operational requirements.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. i8live is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by incorrect information or issues originating from the payment service provider.

For withdrawal requests, the bank account holder's name must match the registered account name on the platform. Withdrawals that do not meet the required identity verification criteria may be put on hold until the necessary verification is completed.

I8live reserves the right to freeze or hold transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or breaches of the Terms of Use while an investigation is carried out.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

I8live shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss or game outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk, which is borne entirely by the user.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

I8live reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated the Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. In the event of account closure due to a breach, the associated account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the i8live platform are the exclusive property of i8live or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of i8live.
